MICRO-BYTES Computer Systems Company Profile MICRO-BYTES Computer Systems has been in business for over 20 years. It's founder, Scott Buchanan started off with Radio Shack back in 1977, and went on to be one of Radio Shack's prominent computer sales associates back in the late 70's and early 80's when the computer market was just at it's beginning. He went on to work for different companies over the years until the late 80's when he saw the need to fulfill the needs of clients that weren't being looked after by a lot of the companies of the day. Product knowledge was a big part of the problem back then because the computer business was just starting off. Along with that was the issue of being able to properly diagnose client's needs and problems. With his past experience with Radio Shack and other companies, this gave Scott an advantage by allowing him to do a much better job of satisfying his client's needs.
